Free Trial Classes

92 Campus offers free trial classes before paid enrollment. Parents can use the trial to review tutor fit, class quality, schedule suitability, and the recommended learning path.

Monthly Fee Payments

Regular online Quran classes are billed according to the confirmed monthly plan, class duration, number of students, and weekly schedule. Payment details are shared after schedule confirmation.

Cancellation Before Regular Classes Start

If a parent pays for a monthly plan and decides to cancel before regular paid classes begin, they should contact 92 Campus as soon as possible so the team can review the request.

Refund Requests

Refund requests are reviewed case by case. Approved refunds may depend on whether classes have started, how many classes were delivered, payment processing costs, and the reason for the refund request.

Missed Classes

If a student misses a scheduled class without prior notice, the class may be counted as delivered. If notice is given in advance, the team may try to arrange a makeup class depending on tutor availability.

Rescheduling

Parents can request schedule changes through WhatsApp or email. Rescheduling depends on teacher availability, student time zone, and the selected weekly class plan.

Service Issues

If a class is missed or disrupted due to a tutor-side issue or platform issue from our side, 92 Campus may arrange a replacement class or suitable adjustment.
