With analytics permission, our first-party blog activity counters record approximate views, engaged reads and link clicks. We store aggregate dated counts, not names, email addresses, message text or raw clicked-link query parameters. Comment submissions are counted as part of managing the public discussion; names and approved comments are visible publicly.
Assessment profiles
The questionnaire profile and results are stored on the device used. A password hash is stored instead of your plain password; this is a local profile, not a secure cloud account. Use a private device. Only if you select optional follow-up do we save parent contact details and a self-reported summary privately and attempt email communication. Scores are questionnaire responses, not a verified tutor assessment.

Trial requests and parent involvement
We collect the parent/adult learner name, learner age, country, WhatsApp number, optional parent email, course, city/time zone, preferred times and tutor preference. We use these details to respond and arrange the requested service. We ask a parent or guardian to submit requests for children. Do not include sensitive records or unnecessary child information in the form.
Inquiry storage and communication
Requests are stored privately outside the public website before email is attempted. Our team can view the record in the authenticated inquiry dashboard. A request receipt is emailed when an address is supplied, subject to mail-service availability. A saved request is not a confirmed lesson appointment. Email and WhatsApp providers process communications according to their own policies.
Campaign and referral information
Only with Analytics consent do we preserve allowlisted UTM campaign values, the landing page and a referring page without its query string across this browser session. Advertising click identifiers additionally require Advertising consent. Analytics receives a filtered current-page URL containing only permitted campaign tags and eligible click identifiers; arbitrary query fields and fragments are excluded. CTA placement is recorded separately from acquisition source. If optional tracking is rejected, a request still saves the country you report and the current request page, but does not attach optional campaign context. WhatsApp links include a short website reference that our team can match to saved campaign context. You can review or edit the message before sending. A WhatsApp click record is separate from a message actually received.
Essential storage
A secure session cookie protects trial submissions and checks your receipt. Optional campaign context is retained in session storage only when Analytics and campaign attribution is enabled. A local preference entry remembers your cookie choices. These features support security, your request and your selected preferences. They do not depend on accepting optional analytics.
Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity
Only if you enable Analytics do we load GA4 (G-KYQPLH630Y) and Microsoft Clarity (x41pe281ql). They help us understand visits, navigation and site usability. Form names, phone numbers, email addresses, learner age and free-text messages are excluded from analytics event parameters. Inquiry forms and receipt details are masked for session-recording tools. Review your preference using Cookie settings.
Meta Pixel and advertising
Only if you enable Advertising do we load Meta Pixel (1900633120863717). It records page views and selected engagement events. A Lead event represents a saved trial request, not merely a button click. We do not send form names, phone numbers or email addresses in Pixel event parameters.
Videos and social content
Playing a video connects to YouTube’s privacy-enhanced embed domain; thumbnails may connect to YouTube before playback. Optional Facebook timelines load after a click and connect to Facebook. Social links open third-party services, whose own privacy practices apply.
Choices and withdrawal
Use Cookie settings on any page to accept, reject or choose analytics and advertising separately. Rejecting does not prevent booking. Withdrawing a previously accepted category updates preferences and reloads the page to stop further optional script loading; accessible first-party tracking cookies are cleared where possible.
Retention and removal
Our operational retention target for unconverted trial inquiries and click records is 180 days. The team reviews and removes older records; enrollment records may be retained separately as necessary to provide classes and handle payments or support. Daily hashed-IP rate-limit counters are used for spam prevention. Contact us if you want your inquiry removed sooner, subject to legitimate recordkeeping needs.
International processing and your requests
Our team operates in Pakistan and hosting, email, WhatsApp, analytics and advertising providers may process information internationally. Parents in the UK, USA, Canada and Australia may ask us about access, correction, deletion, consent withdrawal and other rights that apply to their location. Blog comments
Submitted names and approved comments/replies may appear publicly. Comments await moderation. View counts are approximate. The blog uses a session cookie and daily hashed-IP anti-spam measures. Ask us to remove your comment.
