Compare what the fee includes before comparing the number. Two monthly prices may cover different lesson durations, weekly schedules, student counts or support arrangements. Ask for the plan, currency and conditions in writing before enrolling.
Duration and weekly frequency
Check whether each lesson is 30 minutes or another agreed length, and whether the plan covers weekdays or weekends. Confirm what happens on holidays or after a missed lesson. Do not assume the same monthly number means the same teaching time.
Currency and number of learners
The pricing page and calculator show country-specific estimates. Each plan is for one learner unless stated otherwise. Discuss any sibling discount, payment method and extra processing charges before payment.
Individual teaching and tutor fit
Check the teaching format, tutor matching, language and whether the learner can request a male or female tutor. Ask about a tutor change if the match is not working. The cheapest or most expensive plan is not automatically the most suitable.
Revision and communication
Ask how the tutor communicates a practice task and how parents can discuss recurring difficulties. Blank progress tools help you record questions, but are not a substitute for agreed teacher feedback.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Read the current refund and cancellation policy. Makeup lessons and schedule changes are subject to the published terms and availability; do not rely on an assumed guarantee.
